Instructions for Cauliflower Tinga Tostadas

Roughly chop cauliflower into minced pieces.

Shake Tinga seasoning tin to evenly mix flavor. Add three tablespoons Tinga seasoning to your cauliflower, using a spoon to stir and incorporate.

Preheat a skillet with 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil to medium heat.

Add seasoned cauliflower to skillet, cooking between 10 - 15 minutes until it gets seared and crispy.

When done, spread black bean smash on tostadas and top with cauliflower tinga, shredded cabbage pickled red onion, and cilantro leaves.
