Yield: 2- 3 servings

You'll need

  • 3 tablespoons Todo Verde Tinga seasoning

  • ½ cauliflower head (1 pound)

  • 3 tbsp neutral cooking oil

  • Tostadas, to serve

  • Black bean smash, to serve

  • Shredded cabbage, to serve

  • Pickled red onion, to serve

  • Cilantro leaves, to serve

     

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop cauliflower into minced pieces.

  2. Shake Tinga seasoning tin to evenly mix flavor. Add three tablespoons Tinga seasoning to your cauliflower, using a spoon to stir and incorporate.

  3. Preheat a skillet with 3 tablespoons neutral cooking oil to medium heat.

  4. Add seasoned cauliflower to skillet, cooking between 10 - 15 minutes until it gets seared and crispy.  

  5. When done, spread black bean smash on tostadas and top with cauliflower tinga, shredded cabbage pickled red onion, and cilantro leaves.
